Andy graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a First-Class Honours degree in BA Interactive Multimedia and is actively seeking new projects in which he could apply his current skills and also extend them further.


The Official App of GeekyCon - iPhone and Android
Written in Javascript with Appcelerator Titanium and based on designs by Jordan Edwards. Allowed GeekyCon attendees access to the latest conference information. Originally built as the official LeakyCon app, and updated for each conference since 2011, and rebranded as GeekyCon in 2015. Entered the top 100 apps on the US iTunes, and was featured as a 'New and Noteworthy' Travel app. Also included PHP and database development, (using the MVC framework, Codeigniter), to provide a full admin site for the conference organisers.
A Wordpress site built from a design by Jordan Edwards. Included PHP development for dynamic secondary navigation options and the 5 featured posts on the homepage, as well as sharing options on posts to all promiment social networks.
A Wordpress site for, and designed by, YouTube vlogger and graphic designer, Karen Kavett. Included tweaking of existing JQuery plugins, to better suit the client's needs.
